Job Scope

  • functional instruction of team members

  • understand, innovate and collect business needs working as a link among business stakeholders, IT colleagues and third-party vendors in order to analyze and redesign the business processes

  • development of work packages from the requirements and realization of planning (needs, milestones, resources, etc.)
  • report topics/ issues during project meetings
  • actively participate in war rooms
  • supervise test planning, definition of test cases and related documentation
  • active involvement during Integration test and UAT phases execution
  • development of conceptions on cross-sectional tasks within the issue of projects or software systems and their realization

Requisiti

  • Master's Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics or Engineering
  • 2- years experience in the role (for Medior profile)
  • 5+ years experience in the role (for Senior profile)
  • fluent in spoken and written English
  • experience in projects focused on analysis and delivery of IT solutions
  • experience in business requirements gathering and solution design
  • experience in Banking Credit processes, in particular on SME & Corporate customer segments. Design of Enterprise Credit Underwriting platform (PEF) is a plus
  • business process redesign and workflow design capabilities
  • knowledge of techniques for extraction and analysis of data from the database and enterprise data warehouses (using SQL Developer, QMF, etc)
  • good leadership skills, decision making, strong communication skills and adaptability to new technology

Description

         Within Credit Origination ICT, Underwriting Italy SME & Corporate team provides services to UniCredit SpA and manages all projects and service support activities of all SME & Corporate IT products.

        The team is responsible for:

  • leading the design of evolution strategy of the Underwriting Italy SME & Corporate IT products
  • effectively addressing the investments in coherence with the designed application roadmap
  • managing the Total Costs of Ownership (TCO) of the Underwriting Italy SME & Corporate IT products, enabling their reduction over time
  • ensuring the ticketing service continuity and technical evolution providing moreover directly customer support and post-sale service activities
