Job Scope

  • Supporting demand process and project activation
  • Coordinate the project phases from functional analysis (and/or backlog definition) until post go live monitoring
  • Developing and managing project plan, goal, and budget, identifying resources needed;
  • Being reference point towards external and internal customers (plus stakeholders and vendors involved) for the project managed
  • Keeping senior managers and clients up to date with progress
  • Monitoring project progress and performance (time, cost and quality), according to Unicredit performance standards (Internal processes and Waterfall and/or Agile Framework)
  • Evaluating project risks and mitigation actions
  • Anticipating and managing project issues and escalating where necessary
  • Participating actively to update and upskill Project Managers and Scrum Masters professionals


  • Master's Degree in Management, Engineering or related field
  • 5+ years experience in Project Management
  • Good understanding of currently used technologies for application development and ICT infrastructure
  • Knowledge of Unicredit Services processes (Project Management, Demand Management, Service Implementation Management, Change Management) and tools (SAP, Microstrategy, PPM, ALM Quality Center, HP Service Manager, etc.) are preferable
  • Ability to organize, define, plan and create a winning team environment for successful work results
  • PMP or Prince 2 and/ or Agile certification as a plus
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • High risk awareness and solution oriented approach
  • Good leadership and communication skills

CIO GRM & GLO” is responsible to ensure the global delivery of ICT services for the perimeter of competence, offered with regard to "Risk Management" and “Credits". It acts as UniCredit Services CIO towards Group Risk Management and Group Lending Office being accountable of overall ICT services (applications, infrastructures, ICT security) from shaping the ICT evolution strategy to guaranteeing run services, acting also as reference point for the “relationship” with the in-scope Clients, directly or engaging other ICT factories.

Within CIO GRM&GLO, Credits provides services to the UniCredit Group (UCI, HVB, BA and UCF) and manages E2E products in scope the from demand to post go live.

It aims at sustaining the whole credit products catalogue lifecycle: products factory, origination and sell, underwriting, post-sales, monitoring,soft-collection, workout , de-risking and liquidity collection

It operates on all customer segments by providing services on Loans & Mortgages, Credit Lines (e.g. Overdrafts…), Collaterals, Consumer Finance products (Personal Loans, CQS, Special Purpose Loans…) and Corporate loans.

              The IT Strategy on Credits for the upcoming years is the landscape rationalization, replacing aged platforms with “next generation” ones, enabling new business opportunities, while also reducing time to market and operative risks with an overall increase of     efficiency
